Burroughs Burros (Ridgecrest, CA) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Highland Bulldogs (Palmdale, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Burroughs upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Burros host Hesperia (Hesperia, CA) to play the Scorpions in a challenge on Monday, September 15. The Scorpions go into the game with a record of 1-0. Hesperia won 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Jurupa Hills (Fontana, CA)
