September 10, 2025: Ayden, NC 28513 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Ayden - Grifton Chargers (Ayden, NC) and the visiting Pamlico County Hurricanes (Bayboro, NC), saw Ayden - Grifton's soccer squad knock off Pamlico County by a count of 4-1.
The Chargers (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against South Lenoir (Deep Run, NC). The Blue Devils enter the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, South Lenoir tipped West Craven (Vanceboro, NC), 4-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Hurricanes battle the West Craven Eagles (Vanceboro, NC) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 15. Pamlico County will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 1-7 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to South Lenoir (Deep Run, NC).
