Maryland High School Volleyball - Bowie over DuVal
September 10, 2025: Bowie, MD 20715 Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Bowie Bulldogs (Bowie, MD) and the visiting DuVal Tigers (Lanham, MD), saw Bowie's volleyball squad notch a victory over DuVal by a score of 3-0.
With the win, Bowie improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Wise (Upper Marlboro, MD) to encounter the Pumas in a Prince George's County 4A battle on Monday, October 6. The Pumas go into the battle with a record of 2-0.
The Tigers now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eleanor Roosevelt for a Prince George's County 4A battle on Monday, September 15. DuVal will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 league win over High Point (Beltsville, MD). The Raiders record now stands at 1-0.
