Maryland High School Volleyball - Connelly School of the Holy Child can't hold off Mercersburg Academy
September 10, 2025: Potomac, MD 20854 In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Mercersburg Academy Storm (Mercersburg, PA) volleyball team held off the host Connelly School of the Holy Child (Potomac, MD), by a margin of 3-2.
The Storm now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lawrenceville School for a Mid-Atlantic Prep bout on Friday, September 19.
With the loss, Connelly School of the Holy Child drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The travel to Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC) to clash with the Quakers in a ISL bout on Tuesday, September 16. The Quakers come into the bout with a record of 0-3.
