Utah High School Volleyball - Monument Valley can't get by Grand County

September 10, 2025: Moab, UT 84532

Grand County Red Devils (Moab, UT) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Monument Valley Cougars (Monument Valley, UT), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Grand County upgrades its record to 3-7 on the campaign. The Red Devils travel to South Sevier (Monroe, UT) to play the Rams in a 2A Region 18 challenge on Friday, September 12. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 8-5. South Sevier won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Kanab (Kanab, UT)

Next, the Cougars play the Newcomb Skyhawks (Newcomb, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 12. Monument Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Skyhawks come into the outing with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Cuba (Cuba, NM).
