Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the St. Michael the Archangel Guardians (Lee's Summit, MO) and the visiting St. Teresa's Academy Stars (Kansas City, MO), observed St. Michael the Archangel's volleyball team top St. Teresa's Academy by a count of 3-0.

The Guardians (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Saint Thomas Aquinas (Overland Park, KS). The Saints go into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Saint Thomas Aquinas dropped by Skutt Catholic (Omaha, NE), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
