Pennsylvania High School Football - Riverview knocked off by Carlynton

September 11, 2021: Carnegie, PA 15106

Carlynton Cougars (Carnegie, PA) fans left the game content Saturday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Riverview Raiders (Oakmont, PA), 35-10 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Carlynton improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Cougars host Shady Side Academy (Pittsburgh, PA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, September 17. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 2-1. Shady Side Academy won 36-9 in their recent non-league test against Valley (New Kensington, PA)

With the loss, Riverview drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Jeannette (Jeannette, PA) to meet the Jayhawks in a WPIAL A Eastern challenge on Friday, September 17. The Jayhawks come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Jeannette lost 55-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Ligonier Valley (Ligonier, PA)
