September 11, 2021: Anaheim, CA 92807 The Schurr Spartans volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Esperanza Aztecs to 1 in the Spartans non-league victory on Saturday.
The Spartans now have a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Pasadena for a non-league game on Saturday, September 11. Schurr will meet a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over La Serna (Whittier, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 16-2.
The Aztecs (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Villa Park (Villa Park, CA). The Spartans enter the North Hills game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, Villa Park held off Irvine (Irvine, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
