With the victory, East Bladen moves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Eagles travel to Pender (Burgaw, NC) to confront the Patriots in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 13. The Patriots enter the bout with a record of 3-1. Pender won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against North Brunswick (Leland, NC)
In their next game, the Gators confront the Whiteville Wolfpack (Whiteville, NC) in a bout, on Monday, September 18. East Columbus will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
