Hobart Brickies (Hobart, IN) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Griffith Panthers (Griffith, IN), 9-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Brickies confront the Andrean Fighting 59ers (Merrillville, IN) in a Northwest Crossroads challenge, on Wednesday, September 13. Hobart will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Fighting 59ers enter the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Hammond Academy of Science & Tech (Hammond, IN).

The Panthers now possess a 1-9 record. They take the field next when they host Hammond Central for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 14.
