September 11, 2023: Novi, MI 48375 Novi Wildcats (Novi, MI) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the visiting South Lyon Lions (South Lyon, MI), 3-1 in a league test.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Howell for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 12. Novi will meet a Highlanders squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Milford (Highland, MI). The Highlanders record now stands at 1-6.
With the loss, South Lyon drops to 3-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Walled Lake Central (Walled Lake, MI) to meet the Vikings in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 12. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 3-3. Walled Lake Central won 4-1 in their recent league test against Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI)
