September 11, 2023: Poughkeepsie, NY 12603 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Groton Indians (Groton, NY) and the host Poughkeepsie Pioneers (Poughkeepsie, NY), saw Groton's volleyball squad beat Poughkeepsie by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Groton upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Indians travel to Union Springs (Union Springs, NY) to confront the Wolves in a Section 4 Interscholastic test on Wednesday, September 20. The Wolves enter the test with a record of 0-2.
The Pioneers (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Pawling (Pawling, NY). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
