September 11, 2023: Silverdale, WA 98383 The Vashon Island Pirates volleyball team (Vashon Island, WA), went down 3-0 in Monday's league challenge with the host Klahowya Eagles (Silverdale, WA)
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cascade Christian (Puyallup, WA). The Cougars come into the 1A Nisqually challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Cascade Christian defeated Chimacum (Chimacum, WA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Pirates encounter the Life Christian Academy Eagles (Tacoma, WA) in a 1A Nisqually challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Vashon Island will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
