Missouri High School Volleyball - Normandy routed by University City
September 11, 2023: St. Louis, MO 63130 The University City Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Normandy Vikings to 0 in the Lions league victory on Monday.
The Lions now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lutheran North for a Class 3 District 5 game on Tuesday, September 12. University City will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Metro (St. Louis, MO). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-7.
The Vikings (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Hazelwood East (St. Louis, MO). The Spartans enter the non-league game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Hazelwood East defeated Riverview Gardens (St. Louis, MO), 3-0, in a league game.
