In their next game, the Eagles play the Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 18. Belen will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Demons go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 12-8 non-league loss to St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM).
The Jaguars (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM). The Tigers go into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Los Lunas toppled Highland (Albuquerque, NM), 46-0, in a non-league challenge.
