Maine High School Soccer - Winthrop toppled by Hall-Dale
September 11, 2024: Winthrop, ME 04364 Hall-Dale Bulldogs (Farmingdale, ME) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Winthrop Ramblers (Winthrop, ME), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Hall-Dale advances its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Waynflete (Portland, ME) to clash with the Flyers in a Class C - South test on Friday, September 13. The Flyers come into the test with a record of 1-0. Waynflete won 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Old Orchard Beach (Old Orchard Beach, ME)
The Ramblers now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carrabec for a non-league test on Friday, September 13. Winthrop will clash with a Cobras team coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to Buckfield (Buckfield, ME). The Cobras record now stands at 0-2.
