September 11, 2024: Concord, NC 28027 The Northwest Cabarrus Trojans edged the visiting Mount Pleasant Tigers football team by a score of 7-6 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Trojans face the South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Northwest Cabarrus will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 43-6 non-league loss to A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC).
The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against West Stanly (Oakboro, NC). The Colts enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, West Stanly was edged by Carson (China Grove, NC), 14-7, in a non-league challenge.
