September 11, 2024: Longview, WA 98632 The Mark Morris Monarchs (Longview, WA) volleyball held off the visiting Black Hills Wolves (Tumwater, WA), 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Monarchs now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Woodland for a 2A Greater St. Helens bout on Thursday, September 12. Mark Morris will clash with a Beavers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to La Center (La Center, WA). The Beavers record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Black Hills drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Wolves host River Ridge (Lacey, WA) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, September 13. The Hawks come into the bout with a record of 0-1. River Ridge lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Lakes (Lakewood, WA)
