The Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX) football knocked off the visiting Bridgeland Bears (Cypress, TX), 31-3 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Panthers now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Bend Elkins for a 6A Region III District 21 game on Saturday, September 20. Ridge Point will battle a Knights team coming off a 28-13 non-league win over Alief Hastings (Houston, TX). The Knights record now stands at 2-1.

The Bears (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Langham Creek (Houston, TX). The Lobos go into the 6A Region II District 16 bout with a 3-0 record. In their last bout, Langham Creek beat Cypress Ridge (Houston, TX), 59-21, in a non-league bout.
