Louisiana High School Football - St. Amant sneaks past Cecilia
September 11, 2025: St. Amant, LA 70774 The St. Amant Gators football squad scored 60 points and limited the visiting Cecilia Bulldogs to 56 in the Gators non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Gators now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Kennedy for a non-league test on Friday, September 19. St. Amant will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 31-7 non-league loss to Warren Easton (New Orleans, LA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Cecilia drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Northside (Lafayette, LA) to meet the Vikings in a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 2-0. Northside won 48-25 in their recent non-league test against Sulphur (Sulphur, LA)
