New Jersey High School Football - Weequahic smashes Lincoln
September 11, 2025: Jersey City, NJ 07029 The crowd at Thursday's league contest between the Weequahic Indians (Newark, NJ) and the host Lincoln Lions (Jersey City, NJ), witnessed Weequahic's football squad wallop Lincoln by a tally of 52-0.
The Indians (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Immaculata (Somerville, NJ). The Spartans enter the Super - National White contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Immaculata crushed St. Francis Prep (Fresh Meadows, NY), 56-14, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Lions battle the Orange Tornadoes (Orange, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 19. Lincoln will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Tornadoes enter the contest with a 0-3 record after their 26-3 league loss to Columbia (Maplewood, NJ).
