New Mexico High School Volleyball - Sandia Prep edged by West Las Vegas
September 11, 2025: Las Vegas, NM 87701 West Las Vegas Dons (Las Vegas, NM) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Sandia Prep Sundevils (Albuquerque, NM), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, West Las Vegas improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Dons host Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM) to meet the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 17. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Bernalillo won 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM)
Next, the Sundevils meet the Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Sandia Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
