September 11, 2025: High Point, NC 27265 Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Glenn Bobcats (Kernersville, NC), 28-14 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Southwest Guilford advances its record to 1-2 on the season. The Cowboys travel to Grimsley (Greensboro, NC) to encounter the Whirlies in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 18. The Whirlies go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Grimsley won 40-27 in their recent non-league battle against West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC)
The Bobcats now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Southeast Guilford for a non-league match on Thursday, September 18. Glenn will confront a Falcons squad coming off a 22-0 non-league loss to R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 1-2.
