The Morgan Mustangs football squad scored 20 points and restricted the host Spoto Spartans to 8 in the Mustangs non-league win on Thursday.

In their next game, the Mustangs play the Lennard Longhorns (Ruskin, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Morgan will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Longhorns go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 41-0 non-league win over Wharton (Tampa, FL).

The Spartans (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Robinson (Tampa, FL). The Knights come into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Robinson went down by Tampa Bay Tech (Tampa, FL), 69-6, in a non-league test.
