The Warriors now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Plainfield North for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 16. Lincoln-Way West will play a Tigers squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Joliet Central falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Steelmen travel to Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, September 13.
