Colorado High School Soccer - Air Academy Coronado
September 11, 2025: Colorado Springs, CO 80904 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Air Academy Kadets (US Air Force Academy, CO) and the host Coronado Cougars (Colorado Springs, CO), saw Air Academy's soccer squad knock off Coronado by a count of 3-1.
The Kadets (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Smoky Hill (Aurora, CO). The Buffaloes come into the non-league match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Smoky Hill nipped Gateway (Aurora, CO), 4-0, in a non-league match.
The Cougars now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mullen for a non-league match on Monday, September 15. Coronado will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Centaurus (Lafayette, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-0.
