Michigan High School Soccer - Kelloggsville toppled by Fruitport
September 11, 2025: Fruitport, MI 49415 Fruitport Trojans (Fruitport, MI) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Kelloggsville Rockets (Wyoming, MI), 8-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Fruitport moves its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Reeths-Puffer (Muskegon, MI) to clash with the Rockets in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Rockets come into the test with a record of 6-3. Reeths-Puffer lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Byron Center (Byron Center, MI)
With the loss, Kelloggsville moves to 7-4 on the year. The Rockets host Godwin Heights (Wyoming, MI) to play the Wolverines in a Ottawa-Kent - Silver bout on Tuesday, September 16. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Godwin Heights won 5-0 in their recent non-league game against West Michigan Aviation Academy (Grand Rapids, MI)
