The El Reno Indians softball squad (El Reno, OK), 2-0 in Thursday's league contest with the host Midwest City Bombers (Midwest City, OK)

With the triumph, Midwest City improves its record to 13-1 on the year. The Bombers travel to Guthrie (Guthrie, OK) to clash with the Bluejays in a 5A District 2 bout on Monday, September 15. The Bluejays go into the bout with a record of 7-11. Guthrie won 11-5 in their recent league bout against Guymon (Guymon, OK)

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Norman Tigers (Norman, OK) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 12. El Reno will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record.
