Delaware High School Volleyball - Early College overwhelmed by Lake Forest
September 11, 2025: Felton, DE 19943 Lake Forest Spartans (Felton, DE) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Early College Hornets (Dover, DE), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Lake Forest advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Spartans host Indian River (Dagsboro, DE) to face the Indians in a Henlopen South test on Tuesday, September 16. The Indians go into the test with a record of 2-1.
The Hornets now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Sussex Academy for a Henlopen South game on Tuesday, September 16. Early College will confront a Seahawks squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Woodbridge (Bridgeville, DE). The Seahawks record now stands at 3-0.
