With the win, San Carlos improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Braves host Gilbert Classical Academy (Gilbert, AZ) to face the Spartans in a 2A - East test on Friday, September 12. The Spartans go into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Gilbert Classical Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Santa Cruz Valley (Eloy, AZ)
Next, the Tigers play the Pima Roughriders (Pima, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 12. Globe will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Roughriders come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Willcox (Willcox, AZ).
