September 11, 2025: Stone Mountain, GA 30087 Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans (Norcross, GA) and the host Stephenson Jaguars (Stone Mountain, GA), observed Greater Atlanta Christian's volleyball team top Stephenson by a count of 2-0.
The Spartans (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Zion (Jonesboro, GA). The Bulldogs enter the 3A Area 5 contest with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Mt. Zion achieved victory over Douglass (Atlanta, GA), 2-0, in a league battle.
The Jaguars now own a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Clayton for a 3A Area 5 battle on Thursday, September 11. Stephenson will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Riverdale (Riverdale, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-8.
