Washington, DC High School Volleyball - Madeira overwhelmed by National Cathedral

September 11, 2025: Washington, DC 20016

National Cathedral (Washington, DC) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Madeira Snails (McLean, VA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, National Cathedral improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The travel to St. Andrew's Episcopal (Potomac, MD) to face the Lions in a test on Tuesday, September 16. The Lions go into the test with a record of 1-0.

Next, the Snails play the Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles (Washington, DC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 26. Madeira will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
