September 12, 2022: Lawrenceville, GA 30043 The Mountain View Bears softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Brookwood Broncos to 5 in the Bears non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Mountain View improves its record to 9-6 on the year. The Bears host Buford (Buford, GA) to clash with the Wolves in a 7A Region 8 game on Tuesday, September 13. The Wolves come into the game with a record of 13-0. Buford won 8-2 in their recent league game against Dacula (Dacula, GA)
In their next game, the Broncos clash with the South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA) in a 7A Region 4 game, on Tuesday, September 13. Brookwood will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Comets come into the game with a 2-5 record after their 14-0 league loss to Archer (Lawrenceville, GA).
