In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Shippensburg Greyhounds volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Hanover Nighthawks.

The Greyhounds (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against James Buchanan (Mercersburg, PA). The Rockets come into the Mid-Penn - Capital battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, James Buchanan achieved victory over Northern York (Dillsburg, PA), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Nighthawks clash with the Bermudian Springs Eagles (York Springs, PA) in a York Area 3 battle, on Tuesday, September 13. Hanover will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record.
