September 12, 2022: Springfield, TN 37172 The Macon County Tigers (Lafayette, TN) volleyball tipped the host Springfield Yellowjackets (Springfield, TN), 3-2 in Monday's non-league outing.
With the win, Macon County upgrades its record to 3-4 on the year. The Tigers host White House (White House, TN) to play the Blue Devils in a outing on Thursday, September 15. The Blue Devils go into the outing with a record of 5-7. White House won 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Jo Byrns (Cedar Hill, TN)
The Yellowjackets now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Clarksville for a AAA District 13 outing on Tuesday, September 13. Springfield will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Sycamore (Pleasant View, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 17-4.
