North Carolina High School Soccer - O'Neal knocks off Berean Baptist Academy
September 12, 2023: Southern Pines, NC 28388 O'Neal Falcons (Southern Pines, NC) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Berean Baptist Academy Bulldogs (Fayetteville, NC), 9-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Falcons confront the Village Christian Academy Knights (Fayetteville, NC) in a NCISAA Sandhills challenge, on Friday, September 15. O'Neal will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Freedom Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC).
The Bulldogs now possess a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fayetteville Christian for a NCISAA Sandhills challenge on Monday, September 18. Berean Baptist Academy will confront a Warriors team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Fayetteville Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 5-1.
