September 12, 2023: Marcellus, MI 49067 The Howardsville Christian Eagles topped the visiting Calhoun Christian Cougars volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to River Valley for a Red Arrow test on Thursday, September 14. Howardsville Christian will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Covert (Covert, MI). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-4.
The Cougars (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Climax-Scotts (Climax, MI). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Climax-Scotts was beaten by Athens (Athens, MI), 3-0, in a league contest.
