The Holston Cavaliers volleyball team (Damascus, VA), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Grayson County Blue Devils (Independence, VA)

The Blue Devils (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Auburn (Riner, VA). The Eagles enter the Mountain Empire challenge with a 9-1 record. In their last challenge, Auburn defeated Fort Chiswell (Max Meadows, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cavaliers meet the Lebanon Pioneers (Lebanon, VA) in a Hogoheegee challenge, on Wednesday, September 13. Holston will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Pioneers enter the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Northwood (Saltville, VA).
