The Morristown-Hamblen East Hurricanes volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Sevier County Smoky Bears to 1 in the Hurricanes league victory on Tuesday.
The Hurricanes now have a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cocke County for a AAA District 2 game on Thursday, September 14. Morristown-Hamblen East will meet a Fighting Cocks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Jefferson County (Dandridge, TN). The Fighting Cocks record now stands at 6-5.
