September 12, 2024: Washington, DC 20017 The Archbishop Carroll Lions football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting St. John's Cadets to 16 in the Lions non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Lions now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Gonzaga for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18.
With the defeat, St. John's drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cadets travel to St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD) to clash with the Knights in a test on Wednesday, October 2. The Knights come into the test with a record of 1-1.
