In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Clifton Central Comets volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Tri-Point Chargers.

The Comets (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Dwight (Dwight, IL). The Trojans enter the non-league challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Dwight was beaten by Seneca (Seneca, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.
