North Carolina High School Soccer - Burlington Christian Academy nudges Cristo Rey Research Triangle
September 12, 2024: Durham, NC 27701 In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Burlington Christian Academy Royals soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Cristo Rey Research Triangle Bulls.
The Royals (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against Caldwell Academy (Greensboro, NC). The go into the non-league outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, Caldwell Academy got by Calvary Day School (Winston-Salem, NC), 2-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Bulls confront the Hillside Hornets (Durham, NC) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 17. Cristo Rey Research Triangle will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Hornets go into the outing with a 4-4 record after their 6-1 non-league win over J.F. Webb (Oxford, NC).
