Virginia High School Volleyball - Hickory over Great Bridge
September 12, 2024: Chesapeake, VA 23322 In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Hickory Hawks volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Great Bridge Wildcats.
The Hawks (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA). The Statesmen come into the non-league challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, George C. Marshall beat Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats meet the Norfolk Christian Ambassadors (Norfolk, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 14. Great Bridge will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Ambassadors come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Nandua (Onley, VA).
