In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Meridian Mustangs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the McCool Junction Mustangs.

The Mustangs (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Superior (Superior, NE). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Superior beat Bruning-Davenport/Shickley (Bruning, NE), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
