Ballantyne Ridge Wolves (Charlotte, NC) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Garinger Wildcats (Charlotte, NC), 49-14 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Ballantyne Ridge advances its record to 1-3 on the season. The Wolves host R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC) to play the Demons in a non-league battle on Friday, September 19. The Demons go into the battle with a record of 4-0. R.J. Reynolds won 19-14 in their recent non-league battle against Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC)

The Wildcats now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Rocky River for a non-league battle on Friday, September 19. Garinger will play a Ravens team coming off a 51-14 non-league loss to Hopewell (Huntersville, NC). The Ravens record now stands at 1-3.
