New York High School Football - East Islip defeats Bellport
September 12, 2025: Islip Terrace, NY 11752 In Friday's league match, the host East Islip Redmen football squad scored a good 22-10 victory over the Bellport Clippers.
The Redmen (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Commack (Commack, NY). The Cougars enter the Section 11 Division I match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Commack prevailed over West Babylon (West Babylon, NY), 35-7, in a league battle.
The Clippers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Connetquot for a Section 11 Division I battle on Saturday, September 20. Bellport will play a T-Birds team coming off a 42-6 league win over Newfield (Selden, NY). The T-Birds record now stands at 1-0.
