New York High School Football - Wilson Magnet thwarted by Churchville-Chili
September 12, 2025: Rochester, NY 14611 Churchville-Chili Saints (Churchville, NY) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Wilson Magnet Wildcats (Rochester, NY), 29-0 in a league battle.
With the win, Churchville-Chili improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Saints travel to Canandaigua Academy (Canandaigua, NY) to play the Gray Wolves in a Section 5 A battle on Friday, September 26. The Gray Wolves go into the battle with a record of 2-0.
The Wildcats now have a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to East/World of Inquiry for a Section 5 A battle on Friday, September 19. Wilson Magnet will play a team coming off a 34-0 league win over Brockport (Brockport, NY). The record now stands at 1-1.
