September 12, 2025: Forreston, IL 61030 Forreston Cardinals (Forreston, IL) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Fulton Steamers (Fulton, IL), 36-28 in a league battle.
With the win, Forreston advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Morrison (Morrison, IL) to meet the Mustangs in a Northwest Upstate Illini match on Friday, September 19. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 0-3. Morrison lost 55-7 in their recent league match against Durand/Pecatonica (Durand, IL)
