Missouri High School Football - Jefferson sneaks past Herculaneum
September 12, 2025: Festus, MO 63028 The Jefferson Blue Jays football squad scored 34 points and limited the visiting Herculaneum Black Cats to 30 in the Blue Jays league triumph on Friday.
The Blue Jays now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cuba for a Quad County test on Friday, September 19. Jefferson will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 55-0 non-league loss to Clever (Clever, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Herculaneum drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Black cats host St. Vincent (Perryville, MO) to face the Indians in a Quad County challenge on Friday, September 19. The Indians come into the outing with a record of 1-2. St. Vincent won 27-21 in their recent league outing against Perryville (Perryville, MO)
