In Friday's non-league outing, the Hillcrest Knights (Idaho Falls, ID) football squad knocked off the visiting Thunder Ridge Titans (Idaho Falls, ID), by a margin of 49-28.

The Knights now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Skyline for a 5A High Country outing on Friday, September 19. Hillcrest will clash with a Grizzlies squad coming off a 28-27 non-league win over Madison (Rexburg, ID). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-0.

With the defeat, Thunder Ridge falls to 2-1 on the year. The Titans host Highland (Pocatello, ID) to battle the Rams in a 6A Southeast Idaho game on Friday, September 19.
